Is it possible to receive a reimburse for a prepaid stay, within the cancellation period, or a prepaid no refundable booking?
Any Booking made prior March 11, 2020 for a stay between March 11 and September 30, 2020, are eligible to receive a reimburse through a voucher with 12 month of validity; the Italian Govern on May 21, 2021 extended the validity of the vouchers from 12 to 18/24 months.
Why the reimburse is through a voucher?
The govern has applied several emergency actions to protect the public health and avoiding a crush of the national economy. The vouchers have been a way of protecting the customers from losing their money and giving the possibility of rebooking their stay or receiving a reimburse after the validity period. At the same time many companies had the possibility or freezing the large amount of reimburses, without any immediate consequence for the employees, and giving the possibility of reimbursing the unused vouchers once the emergency could be over.
Is it possible to receive a reimburse or a voucher after the emergency period indicated from March to September 2020?
As already specified the vouchers released due to the Covid-19 emergency are valid for all the bookings made prior to March 11, 2020, but for the ongoing situation the hotel has given the possibility of extending the vouchers also to pre-paid no refundable booking for any stay between March 11, 2020 and June 30, 2021 or for any guest which has been declared positive just before the actual stay.
Is it possible to use the voucher after the expiration date?
The voucher must be used before the expiring date but can be used also for a stay just after the expiration date.
If the voucher will not be used, can I still require a reimburse?
Within 30 days after the expiration date it is possible to request a reimburse. The amount paid to the hotel will be reimbursed, excluding travel agencies or TO commission or any tax applied. The reimburse will be processed within 14 working days from the request. No reimburse will be processed before the expiring date.
Where I can find the information about the validity of the voucher?

Is my voucher eligible to a 18 or 24 month validity even if is written that will expire in 12 months?
As previously specified, the govern has extended their validity from 18 or 24 months. Please contact the hotel for ask the new expiring date.
I have been confirmed that I am eligible for a voucher but I didn’t receive a copy yet, can I require a copy of it?
A voucher must be approved by our booking department. Once the voucher has been approved it will be sent a copy by e-mail. We are not able to send attachments through agency, TO or OTA accounts so, please, send your request to our e-mail account email@example.com . Please, also check your SPAM folder and in case you are still not able to have your copy, just contact us again by e-mail.
How do I place a new booking and how can I use the voucher?
You can book your new stay though our web site www.villagabrisa.it or contacting our booking office by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org Is it possible that for the new booking it will be required a credit card as a guarantee. The voucher will be applied only on check out. No partial refund will be applied and the voucher can be used only for a single booking and stay. The new booking is subject to the specified booking conditions so in case of a free cancellation booking the reimburse for the voucher must still be asked within 30 days from the expiring date. In case of late cancellation or no show can still be applied the booking condition chosen. To avoid double paying your stay is to avoid any prepaid rate.
